This is a performance related service where we were paid only for preventing a Field Team site visit. In a recent case study, based on presented figures from the Operator, we had a 23% remote fix rate on sites where field teams had been allocated.

This represented significant cost savings for the customer. As a direct result of the service the customer NMC performance increased considerably resulting in a real reduction of 60% in site visits.
