Connect44 has a fantastic opporutnity available in Egypt. We are looking for a Senior 2G RF Optimisation Engineer.
The SoW and requirements are as follows:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in delivering Radio Network Performance Improvement (NPI) services as Radio Network Optimization engineer.
o Strong Knowledge of Ericsson GSM technology up to G11B, including software features, controlling parameters, statistical counters, technical algorithms and tracing techniques.
o Experience in using MCOM, MapInfo, TEMS Investigation, TEMS Route Analysis, NCS and MRR.
o Highly experienced in using SQL and Business Object.
o Candidate should have strong knowledge of traces, parsing and analysis and should feel comfortable to use traces on daily basis.
o Candidate should have strong analytical skills with high levels of innovation, commitment, professionalism and team playing.
o Candidate should be able to adopt and promote new methods and techniques in Radio Network Optimization, features trails and tuning.
o Radio planning background is an advantage.
o Optimi experience is an advantage
Contract: 3+ months
