Requirements
1. Knowledge of GSM/EDGE, CDMA and WCDMA networks
2. Professional computer literacy (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Access, AutoCAD)
3. Air interface and multiple access radio technologies knowledge & understanding
4. Knowledge’s of GSM RNP&RNO process, radio wave propagation, GSM call flow, GSM radio link trouble shooting, Drive test, drive test analyze.
5. PC Advanced User – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
6. Gender: Male
7. Age: 22-32
8. Education: Telecommunication/IT/Technical
9. Work Experience: min 1 year (Preferably installation, maintenance and troubleshooting of BSS (BTS, BSC) subsystem in GSM/CDMA networks. Also can be person working with radio access equipment with multiple access (satellite, microwave))
10. English: intermediate level

2. Optimization of GSM networks
3. Radio-interface problems trouble shooting
4. Drive testing
5. Bidding support
