Position Title: RAN Engineer   
Position Description:   Plans and executes technical tasks requiring specialist skills in Radio Access area (BTS and RNC). Works independently with the responsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according to processes. Identifies and solves technical problems. Shares knowledge in own professional area. • In addition, the Engineer would also undertake implementation activities and ensure seamless implementation of Radio Access Network changes within project or operational timeframes. • Ensure high availability of the customerÂ’s RAN network through effective fault management of network and customer faults. This would involve activities such as troubleshooting, root cause analysis, vendor escalation and management, correction development, testing and implementation. • Participate in network Expansions and software upgrades of the RAN network • Responsible for Installation and Test of Change Notes • Responsible for Acceptance Testing and HW retrofits • Technical Support tasks including Help Desk and 24×7 emergency support.
