Types of services offered include:
- 24/7 operational technical engineering support across 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G networks within a multi-vendor environment
- Proven experience in providing 2nd / 3rd / 4th line support services to a number of high-profile mobile network operators
- Experience across multiple OSS platforms and Service Assurance / Service Management suites
- Network performance management and reporting capability
- Network configuration and change management
- Remote fault fixing capability, with the multi-language capability to engage with local field services teams
- FOA Support for new hardware/software upgrades and new feature introductions.
- Work closely with third parties and vendors to be able to monitor the progress of reported problems, known caveats, newly available features, software upgrades, and hardware products. Always looking to foresee possible conflicts and improvements to operational services.
- Automation workflow support and development; moving customer networks and tool-suites into the 21st century.
- Assist in the design, engineering, testing, and rollout of newly defined products/services, including automation solutions.
- Preventive Maintenance management – the creation of procedures, schedules, and reports to ensure appropriate solutions
