Since its inception over 20 years ago, Connect44 Group has delivered proven benefits to the telecommunication industry, across a wide range of services. Amongst these, we are very proud to highlight our successful Global Networks Operations Centres (GNOC) capability.
Connect44 Group provides 7*24*365 network monitoring and fault management services across Mobile, Fixed, IT and eMobility Charging networks for pan-European Operators, all delivered from our Operations Centers in the UK, Germany and Romania.
Underpinning our successful managed services, we ensure state of the art facilities in which the Operations Centers are located. Each NOC is equipped with the latest IT Infrastructure, secured project-dedicated areas, modern video-walls and the resilient and secure IP connectivity into our customer’s networks.
All of our locations are fully certified with ISO 27001 Cyber Security certificate, ISO 9001 Quality Management Certificate and ISO 22301 Business Continuity Certification. Customers can rest assured that there is minimal risk to their service continuity. We deliver with quality, and we always have a back-up plan.
Both our Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center are built upon industry-standard ITIL-processes and procedures, ensuring that our services are delivered consistently and to the highest standards. We provide experienced and integrated Front Office and Back Office operations teams, all working within a set of ITIL-based Service Management processes to ensure the quality of our operations delivery. Then by leveraging this consistent framework across all our teams, we ensure maximum flexibility and full economies of scale.
Any NOC solution will not be fully effective without a well-structured set of operating procedures. Therefore, we have invested heavily in developing robust and interlocked job instructions around Event Management and Initial Triage, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Continual Service Improvement, and many others. In addition, we need to have a good overview of our performance and to assure this, we have a dedicated performance management department delivering service analytics, measuring KPI-performance and ensuring SLA Compliance.
In order to continue to deliver the best-in-class services needed for our customers, our in-house subject matter experts are continually driving upskilling programs within our Operations teams, and in-turn our Training Academy delivers more formal training for new graduates entering our business.

We have a highly experienced technical team at Connect44, with team members having worked across the industry for Operators, Technology Vendors and & ISPs.
Driving automation is also a very important area for the Connect44 Group. For this, we have proven experience reflected in the projects we have been supporting and in which we have constantly driven initiatives.
Connect44 Group invests in the future, and all of our competence domains are the result of a successful training programme and Academy. We are very proud of the fact that many of our NOC engineers are „home grown” and have received external recognition and both Technical and Management certifications. We grew our Mobile and Fixed knowledge through extensive vendor courses (Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson), we invested in our IP development through Cisco/Juniper courses, we target the future through O-RAN and E-mobility workshops, and last but not least our Project Managers, are here to aid and structure any new project with proven experience in a multitude of PM methodologies. (Agile, Prince and ITIL).
All these competences combined with real focus on managed servcies, has led Connect44 Group to be a vendor-agnostic company, able to offer and manage Network Operations and Security Operations centers in a professional manner for numerous operators, managing all the known vendor technologies.
Over many years, Connect44 Group has developed a strong Managed Services culture with the NOC/SOC at the center of all its European activities. Our approach of focusing on near-shore operations centres ensures European culture and performance with the benefits of a cost-effective off-shore, highly educated and experienced labor pool. This enables a decreased time to market, driven by flexibility and speed; we can ramp up and down a project delivery in weeks rather than months.
