  • Act as Technical Authority within offshore NOC for all service assurance processes and activities.
  • Reporting directly into Service Assurance Director in the UK, provide regular strategy proposals to enable continue service improvement across the E2E Service Mgmt functions.
  • Regular and ongoing reporting of key SLAs / KPIs related to different service assurance functions.
  • Responsible for driving automation solutions from initial concept through to acceptance within a dedicated Automation team, split across the UK and Romania.
  • Local liaison with Service Ops and Assurance teams to ensure all are fully briefed and compliant with applicable service management processes.
  • Ongoing training and continuous improvement to local teams.

Required compentencies

  • BA/BSc degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • At least 8 years experience in a Service Management environment, broad experience across key functional areas (incident, problem, change).
  • Experience in providing improvement / automation solutions with key service management tools would be an advantage. – e.g. BMC Remedy, Mycom OSI, Astellia Nova.
  • ITIL v3 Practitioner certification required.
  • Fluent English spoken and written
