Channel Service Manager

Job Description:

• Be familiar with the enterprise business operation mode, understand the process of channel business and service partner development, delivery and so on, pay attention to the industry trends and developments, the strategy of competitor business channel service cooperation, initiatives, etc. Management partnership
• Channel service ecosystem construction, set channel partner development and certification objectives, establish a reasonable distribution of channel service capacity, and Continuous improvement of channel capacity through training, project support, etc
• Develop channel service policy, transfer and spread through various forms of channel communication activities according to the competition situation and the actual business situation
• Undertake the channel service sales target, management service opportunity to report preparation, install base development, key project
• Support, and through service sales performance indicators to monitor the business situation, and constantly optimize the management action and support plan
• Manage delivery objectives, delivery quality and delivery performance
• Planning and construction of channel service flow IT platform

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years working experience in the industry, especially good can be relaxed
• Channel management, service development and sales experience is preferred
• A good knowledge about the trend of this channel service
• Have experience on management the performance of channel service partner
• Ability to lead the job and cooperate in team work
• Ability to work in international environment
• Ability to work under pressure
• Proactive, flexible and open-minded approach
• Fluency at English and French as working languages both Spoken, written & communication
• Computer and Ms Office application skill is required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good coordination ability and team work spirit
