On behalf of our client, a well-known Consulting Company is one of the fastest growing business consultancy firms in Switzerland, we are looking for a Customer Operations Support Consultant, for their role based in Zurich - Switzerland.

The Role

  • You maintain telephone and written contact with our internal customers and process inquiries about our Client's core applications (ERP & CRM, Risk & Independence, accounts payable) and their processes
  • You work in a dynamic environment and support your internal customers and document the requests in a ticket system
  • You are responsible for the quality control of the automated invoice dispatch and the responsible person for correcting any errors
  • You are responsible for preparing and sending customer reminders
  • You maintain close contact with the various application managers
  • You will keep System updated and actively integrated.
  • You will help with the design of documentation and ongoing maintenance the internal "Knowledge Center"
  • You take part in the training of new team members and have the opportunity to work on ongoing projects
  • You develop your technical and personal skills through regular feedback and on-the-job training

Your Profile

  • You have commercial training
  • Experience in 1st level support Customer Service Support
  • You have a good understanding of ERP and CRM systems and have one quick grasp to learn system usage and processes
  • You are fluent in German and English
  • You have a service-oriented personality
  • You have an analytical procedure and quickly find your way around guidelines and policies
  • You have a high service orientation
