On behalf of our client, a well-known Consulting Company is one of the fastest growing business consultancy firms in Switzerland, we are looking for a Customer Operations Support Consultant, for their role based in Zurich - Switzerland.
The Role
- You maintain telephone and written contact with our internal customers and process inquiries about our Client's core applications (ERP & CRM, Risk & Independence, accounts payable) and their processes
- You work in a dynamic environment and support your internal customers and document the requests in a ticket system
- You are responsible for the quality control of the automated invoice dispatch and the responsible person for correcting any errors
- You are responsible for preparing and sending customer reminders
- You maintain close contact with the various application managers
- You will keep System updated and actively integrated.
- You will help with the design of documentation and ongoing maintenance the internal "Knowledge Center"
- You take part in the training of new team members and have the opportunity to work on ongoing projects
- You develop your technical and personal skills through regular feedback and on-the-job training
Your Profile
- You have commercial training
- Experience in 1st level support Customer Service Support
- You have a good understanding of ERP and CRM systems and have one quick grasp to learn system usage and processes
- You are fluent in German and English
- You have a service-oriented personality
- You have an analytical procedure and quickly find your way around guidelines and policies
- You have a high service orientation
