Customer Service Representative

I'm recruiting for a German speaking Customer Representative in Hamburg. With excellent verbal communication skills and MS office experience. Working on a shift basis.

Role:

• Telephone customer support BUT: No classic call center awaits you and no sale!

• Receiving phone calls and answering e-mails on the subject electromobility

• Telephone support for customers at e-charging stations or with e-scooter sharing

• Documentation of customer concerns in the database

Key Skills:

• Ideal but not a must: experience in a call center or in customer service

• Good knowledge of German

• Professional telephone manner.

• Competent Windows/Microsoft Office product knowledge.

• Have a will do attitude being able to think on their feet
