Customer Support Specialist -German Speaking, Zurich

Taking over incoming customer enquiries in compliance with the defined SLA or customer request deadlines.
Proactive communication with customers to ensure the best possible order processing and to keep them informed at all times.
Planning and coordination of smaller projects and/or sub-projects in the respective business areas
Contact person for all B2B clients and partners during the order validation and first billing cycle
Responsible for correct order validation, service recording and invoicing
Ensure communication with all commercially and technically involved staff.
As an escalation instance, you are the point of contact for our customers in crisis situations and actively work out a solution to the problem

Administrative or commercial training
At least 3 years of professional experience
High service orientation in dealing with internal and external customers
Mentally strong and team player
Willingness to go the "extra mile" to provide first class customer service
Language skills - German and English, Italian and French an advantage
