For a major mobile network managed service in an international environment, Connect44 is looking for a motivated DELIVERY MANAGER VOICE CORE, based in our services and operations center in Romania.

You have a strong history in project delivery and you are able to understand and deliver projects within a structured project management methodology. Furthermore, you are a team player and a very good organizer who maintain diligently good quality and up to date project documentation. Your willingness to work out of hours as event coordinator to ensure successful delivery underlines your flexibility.

Main tasks:

  • Analyze XCAL (Accuver Data Collection ) data collection log file
  • Arrange change requests, approvals, book resources, maintain the implementation plan
  • Use of Remedy, CRQ production and management, Implementation Plan production
  • Co-ordination of events, project tasks and appropriate escalation
  • Diligent update of RAID register (project risks, actions, issues and decisions)
  • Contribute to project definition workshops, post implementation reviews, etc.
  • Efficient use of resources
  • Responsible for the project delivery
  • Ensure to maintain a good quality project delivery
  • Manage challenging timescales
  • Functions as per QMS (quality management system) procedures
  • Performs Quality Control processes in accordance with set guidelines
  • Ensures quality targets laid out are met for the processes owned

Required competencies

  • BA/BSc degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • ITIL certification (or similar)
  • 1-3 years as Coordinator of events, project tasks or team
  • Good technical background in the Telecommunication / IT industry
  • Potentially have niche experience in Voice Core area
  • Leadership competences & team player mindset
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English, any other language is an advantage
  • Experience in an international environment and understanding of different cultures
