Our Client, a Switzerland based company, is currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking Field Force Process Support ( BPO ) Consultant, to support their projects in Zurich

The Role

  • Fieldforce is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the HFC infrastructure and ensures availability and quality in cooperation with internal and external organizations and partners.
  • On behalf of the platform owner, Fieldforce takes over on-site operations in other network infrastructures at all service levels as well as at technical locations.
  • The Process Support Consultant is the contact person for process topics within the Fieldforce organization and represents these topics to internal and external organizations
  • She / He analyzes and defines possible procedures for the further development of existing or new processes.
  • In the business case he evaluates variants with costs/benefits and proposes them to Fieldforce Mgmt for decision
  • In the implementation she / he takes the lead and is responsible for the smooth implementation
  • She / He documents the entire process and maps the final process in the common tools

Main tasks

  • Initiate, plan, lead and implement own and/or cross-functional projects, mainly in the area of automation and/or digitalization of processes and documentation
  • Initiation and management of change management activities (RFC)
  • Support for the transfer of existing processes and tools to new platforms
  • Participation in the development of business cases
  • Implementation of these activities incl. regression testing (UAT, FUT)
  • Creation, storage and maintenance of information/documents in QMS and master platforms
  • Manage relevant operational information on GIS/NIS platforms

Your Profile

  • Basic technical education with advanced training in computer science
  • Solid understanding of processes and programs to drive our Client's designs and concepts
  • Solid knowledge of MS applications suite such as Office 365, IAM, Teams, Visio, PowerBI
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP systems, project management tools such as Jira, cloud technologies
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position

  • Open, flexible and communicative personality
  • Analytical and conceptual skills, recognition of the essential issues
  • Ability to describe technical processes and translate them into clear, concise documentation
  • Ability to make broad-based proposals that are capable of gaining majority support
  • Pragmatic, actionable approach to implementation planning
  • Good communication skills spoken and written in German and English at level B2
  • Willingness to perform also administrative tasks
