FTTx Project Manager

I'm recruiting for a FTTx Project Manager. Permanent to work remotely. Salary negotiable. Would you be interested or know someone suitable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage delivery of FTTX projects, develop strategic, financial and resource allocation plans for optimized productivity
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are accomplished on time in budget
• Oversee or delegate day-to-day operations, assign and track performance goals, while enforcing internal or external policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
• Support recruitment, onboard, and mentor employees to develop the skills of our organization together
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships
