I'm recruiting for a German speaking Admin Assistant in Zurich with telecom experience a must. On a 6 months initial contract. It is a hybrid role. Daily rate negotiable.
- Perform an extensive administration tasks: reporting, KPIs, archive and documentations
- Mobility service management: manage current mobility service and development the optimization plan to increase the satisfaction from internal clients.
- Internal meeting/event planning and internal communication services
- social media content management
- Partner with other team members on business related projects
Your Profile
- Experience as an administrator or admin assistant
- Telecom experience is a must
- Profound knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Service oriented, and confident personality
- German speaking
