The Role:

Drive comprehensive successes in digitization and Process optimization in the HR environment of larger companies and would like to substantially simplify the "Employee Experience" across disciplines ?

As a member of the HR management team in Switzerland, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer, working alongside 120 motivated HR professionals for the strategic support and care of around 7000 employees in of the Business Unit Switzerland and at the global headquarters

The role as Head HR Operations enables you to lead HR IT transformations and for a efficient and continuously improved digital "HR Services and Employee Experience"

Tasks

  • You and your team of around 50 employees provide the high quality operation and the continuous further development of the entire HR operations: from administration, advisory, mobility, policy management, payroll, Organizational and time management via HR IT, data analytics, compliance and risk in the HR area to the management of the entire HR budget
  • You will develop and implement an agile HR technology roadmap that Business and HR strategy optimally supported, in partnership with Group HR, local IT and external partners
  • You analyze, innovate and automate the internal processes on an ongoing basis
  • Optimization of the «Employee Experience», taking into account aspects such as Quality, costs, output and productivity
  • Adapt and professionalize the scope of HR services internal settlements (SLA), the controls and the risk management as well as the organizational structures constantly to changing business needs

Your Profile

  • Requirements Energetic personality with +15 years professional and +5 years management experience
  • Performance record in management across various hierarchical levels as well as in the Transformation and alignment of large teams towards a common vision
  • Strong strategic mindset
  • Extensive experience in defining and Implementation of an HR technology strategy to the business and derived from it
  • Efficiently operationalize HR strategy for your area of ​​responsibility
  • High interest in technological developments and trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of HRIT platforms and system integrations, ideally with in-depth SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and analytics tools knowledge
  • Proven experience in managing shared services
  • Transformation programs of complex large companies to a successful one
  • Implementation of interdisciplinary projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Competences to achieve your goals and benefits within the HR organization as well to position itself convincingly in relation to the business
  • Master's degree and consulting experience preferred
