For our new Office & entity in Den Haag (Netherlands) we are looking for a motivated team member as a HR & Office Assistant (m/f/d) permanent & part-time starting date January 2023.

Connect44 B.V. is a new entity of the international Connect44 Group. Connect44 is a growth-oriented service provider in the telecommunications industry and its headquarter is in Switzerland. We employ more than 1.200 people worldwide and now we are also setting our footprint in the Netherlands starting July 2022. As an established partner in the telecommunications industry, we have been planning, building, managing, and optimizing communications networks in Europe for over 20 years. Now we are also making our experience and professional know-how available to electric and other mobility providers.

What can you expect?

  • Administrative & organizational tasks in your daily business
  • Supporting recruiting activities as well as preparing and handling all onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Advising and supporting our employees in matters of labor and social security law
  • Preparation & control of payslips in close cooperation with our tax office
  • Coordination & booking of business trips for our employees as well as checking travel expense reports
  • Carrying out orders for our office
  • Close cooperation with the German HR & Office Team and the C44 Group, participation in projects, and other support of creative projects

What you bring along?

  • Completed professional training in human resources or completed studies in a comparable field
  • Excellent Dutch skills and good English skills – spoken and written
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP knowledge is beneficial
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation as well as a high degree of commitment and flexibility
  • You are a team player who enjoys working with people and bringing them to success
  • Getting things done - mentality
