Our client, a well known leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. With integrated solutions across four key domains - telecom networks, IT, smart devices and cloud services.
To continue with their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced HR Specialist, for a permanent role based in Rijswijk - The Netherlands
The Role:
- Responsible for compliance, employer branding, joint meeting operation, Inquiries on external affairs, and D&S HR of our Client's Netherlands subsidiaries
- Compliance: including but not limited to employee sick leave management, employee relations, legal issues, and labor case handling
- Employer brand: Establish good relationships with Netherlands local universities, student organizations, and brand organizations, continuously build a favorable talent environment and brand image
- Joint meeting operation: Take charge of the joint meeting operation of the subsidiary, and regularly align rules and management requirements related to visa, check-in, contract, compliance, and labour with each loading department
- Response to external affairs: external audit, information security, privacy protection, and government data survey feedback etc.
- D&S HR: Support delivery HR management
Your Profile
- Graduated from Law, Psychology, Human Resource Management preferably
- 5+ years of HR experience and working in a similar role
- Deep understanding of Netherlands local labour laws, successful handling of more than 5 labour dispute cases, certain external handling and corresponding capabilities
- Experience in HR compliance affairs of ICT companies is preferred
- Have certain support experience in brand building and external links of the company
- Have successful experience in brand building is preferred
- Have some interest in business operation, have good links with business departments, and have HRBP experience is preferred.
- Good command of Dutch and English
- Chinese language an advantage
- Good communication skills, and have a good willingness to communicate and learn
- Have a certain understanding of basic business knowledge of human resource management.
