Our client, a well known leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. With integrated solutions across four key domains - telecom networks, IT, smart devices and cloud services.

To continue with their business expansion, they are looking for an experienced HR Specialist, for a permanent role based in Rijswijk - The Netherlands

The Role:

Take charge of the recruitment, learning and development, and performance management modules of the subsidiary's human resource management, and focus on supporting the development of digital energy and cloud services in The Netherlands

Recruitment: Understand the business requirements of subsidiaries, develop annual recruitment plans, conduct market sourcing, and quickly obtain resources for key positions

Learning and development: Integrate corporate resources and develop talent learning and development plans based on business and personnel development requirements of each business department.

Track and manage employees' C&Q and achieve the C&Q goals

Performance management: Manage the performance of subsidiary employees, organize enablement training, participate in employee performance communication, and handle performance complaints.

Support personnel recruitment and employee relationship management for digital power and cloud services in Netherlands.

Your Profile

  • Graduated from Sociology, Psychology, Human Resource management, etc.
  • More than 5 years of HR experience, deep understanding of the Netherlands talent market, and successful recruitment of 30 + key talent
  • Experience in recruiting ICT talent is preferred
  • Local campus connections are preferred
  • Have experience in supporting personnel capability improvement and learning and development
  • Support personnel for successful learning and development projects are preferred
  • Have a certain understanding of the performance management system and have had a successful experience in performing the performance management cycle
  • Good command of Dutch and English
  • Chinese language an advantage
  • Good communication skills, and have a good willingness to communicate and learn
  • Have a certain understanding of basic business knowledge of human resource management.
