On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking IAM ( Identity Access Management ) Specialist, for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland.

The Role

• Your main tasks include the release of roles, policies and the IAM connection concepts
• You ensure that IAM complies with regulatory and internal requirements
• You will advise role and application managers on questions regarding the implementation of the IAM concept
• You maintain contact with IT specialists as well as with business
• You accompany the onboarding of applications to IAM
• You provide active support in group-wide projects, in the professional development of IAM and in the further development of the IAM department

Your Profile

• You have solid computer science knowledge and 5 years plus of experience in the IAM environment
• Technical university degree and practice-oriented further training
• You are very familiar with recognized IAM concepts and terminology
• Working in larger corporate structures is part of your everyday life
• Able to easily learn and comprehend the diverse business areas of our Client's Business and the IT processes in all their complexity
• You are used to communicating in a way that is appropriate for the recipient, both verbally and in writing
• With your profitable nature you are able to convince people of the IAM projects
• Fluent in German and a good knowledge of English
