For our team in Timisoara are looking for an IT Level 1 Application support
Duties and responsibilities:
- Analyze incoming Medium and Low priority incidents and timely involve the necessary technical teams for troubleshooting
- Spot repeating incidents and trigger escalation to the manager Oncall
- Callout manager oncall for Critical and High incidents to organize the task force
- Trigger improvements with relevant teams, in case needed What we look for in an applicant:
- Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science
- IT Service Desk experience is considered a plus
- Understanding of ITIL Service Management best practice
- Solid understanding of security and GDPR rules and standards
- Fluent English
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with high focus on quality
- Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
- Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
