For our team in Timisoara are looking for an IT Level 1 Application support

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analyze incoming Medium and Low priority incidents and timely involve the necessary technical teams for troubleshooting
  • Spot repeating incidents and trigger escalation to the manager Oncall
  • Callout manager oncall for Critical and High incidents to organize the task force
  • Trigger improvements with relevant teams, in case needed What we look for in an applicant:
  • Degree in Telecommunication or Computer Science
  • IT Service Desk experience is considered a plus
  • Understanding of ITIL Service Management best practice
  • Solid understanding of security and GDPR rules and standards
  • Fluent English
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with high focus on quality
  • Enjoys working in a fast-moving environment, is comfortable with change and working with people on all levels of an organization
  • Can-do and hands-on mentality, with a flexible and open-minded personality
