Our Client, from the Manufacturing industry, is currently looking for an experienced German and English speaking IT Supporter with 1st & 2nd Level Support experience, to support their projects in Tuttlingen - Germany
The Role
- Take over 1st and 2nd level support activities in the helpdesk
- Manage Windows IT infrastructure
- Participate in the interception of the complete IT support scenarios
- Participate in support needs for the media systems (video rooms, meeting rooms, studios, etc.)
Your Profile
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
- 5 years plus of experience in a similar role
- Experience with Windows IT infrastructure and IT support scenarios
- Team player with high quality awareness
- Good technical understanding of the interaction of IT components
- Independent and structured way of working
- High degree of customer orientation
- Fluent in German and English
