On behalf of our client, a well known Swiss Company, we are currently looking for a German and English speaking Junior Financial Planning and Steering Analyst,for a role based at our client's site in Bern - Switzerland.

  • You enjoy managing the program management for the efficiency measures at I / T (IT / technology): Identifying, planning, processing, coaching, ensuring implementation and reporting of the efficiency business cases.
  • You will also develop regular, rolling efficiency measures in all dimensions and define the tracking mechanism.
  • You support the organizational unit in identifying efficiency potential with the creation of cost analyzes and reports.
  • You are guaranteed to work closely with the finance department as well as the IT function manager in order to carry out strategic financial planning.
  • You manage the "Funding and Financing" (FF) capability in order to determine the required IT funds and to allocate them appropriately to the portfolios and to have a lasting influence on the corporate guidelines.
  • make sure the expenses are in line with the allocated budget.
  • You identify and plan the potential differences between "actual" and "expectation".
  • The definition of needs with regard to reports as well as ensuring budget compliance round off your versatile main tasks.
  • Support with ad hoc financial management issues.

Experience and Skills required

  • Have a university degree (university, FH, ETH, etc.) in business administration, business informatics, natural science or similar.
  • 3 years plus of experience in a similar role
  • You are also keen to familiarize yourself quickly, to be coached and to directly apply the experience you have already gained in financial IT planning
  • Able to create reports, take on controlling tasks and can assert yourself with your topics.
  • Enjoy analytical and advisory work and you would like to present and discuss in different committees.
  • You can react flexibly to short-term changes, you are decisive and strong in implementation.
  • Very good German and English skills
