Mandarin speaking IT HelpDesk Specialist

I'm recruiting for a Mandarin speaking IT Help Desk Specialist in Zurich with telecom experience a must. To help on delivering, supporting, and operating IT infrastructure and systems. Daily rate negotiable. Would you be interested or know someone suitable?

• Providing full workplace technology support in Chinese, English;
• Helpdesk support for users, including desktop support (install OS on new laptop/solve problem of OS/office), printer support, IT training, etc.
• IT infrastructure and system maintenance and troubleshooting, including meeting room, server room (Inspecting server room, meeting room regularly), IT platform, door access control/CCTV, etc.;
• Monitoring IT platform and network quality System, platform and network troubleshooting, tracking and detection, and assistance in testing and repairing;
• Participating in the analysis and deployment of IT platform and system Implementing IT project, including IT infrastructure environment upgrade, IT platform and system go-live;
• Important Meeting assurance (remotely or on site).

Requirements

• • English fluent, Chinese preferred.
  • Competencies required: Bachelor or above degree
  • Specialization: Major in computer or information related technologies, Cisco Certificate preferred.
  • Problem solving and Project Management experience
  • Skillful in laptop/desktop, OS, office software, network troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Familiar with LAN technologies, knows building-level LAN architecture. Proficient in common LAN protocols and configurations, such as VLAN, STP etc. Familiar with Huawei switches is preferred
  • Optimistic, pro-active, team player, can work under pressure
