We are looking for a Project Administration Assistant based in Bucharest

The Project Administration Assistant is responsible to the Strategic Planning Programme Manager for efficient administration as part of Project Maya. This principally involves the administration of the Projects framework and its various elements.

Duties and responsibilities

• Administration duties for the Learning Services department
• Logging and Tracking change request information for event delivery management
• Provision of updates back to the event delivery manager based on the above outcomes of logging and tracking activities
• Chase updates from various event delivery management on key activities to maintain SLA information
• Assist Administration Management in the creation of presentations and documentation
• Assist Administration Management in administration tasks surrounding timesheets – creating, training, setup and chasing
• Assist in the electronic filing within the Project SharePoint site and
• Assist with the “on-boarding” of new personnel to Project Maya
• To send routine correspondence relating to the work of the Project
• To take minutes at meetings/ working groups/ formal meetings on a periodic basis.
• To provide information to members of staff in the wider Project Organisation or stakeholders
• General administration duties

Qualifications and Experience

The role holder is expected to have an excellent working knowledge of project management and administration, preferably Telecommunications or IT projects, and will have sufficient knowledge or expertise to work on day-to-day issues in their own area without direct or continuous reference to others.
