I'm recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager with Transmission and Radio and Network deployment experience. To Manage and lead the service design teams. Based in The Hague. Salary Depends on Experience. Would you be interested or know someone suitable.

What you can expect

  • You are the main point of contact in respect to all day-to-day matters relating to the supply of
  • the design Services
  • Ensure that the design Services meet or exceed the Service Levels
  • Manage and lead the service design teams
  • Add value to the customers design team with quality and efficient services
  • Manage internal and external escalations and establish appropriate preventive measures
  • Operational and Executive levels reporting

What you bring along

  • Profound project management experience in the Telco industry, Certification in project
  • management methodology such as Pricnce2 or ITIL is a plus
  • Extensive Network design experience and ability to establish and optimize workflows and
  • Profound knowledge of Radio and transmission technologies in telecommunication networks
  • Proven communication skills with internal and external relations with complex stakeholders'
  • networks
  • Experience in high level reporting and data analysis also experienced with technical budgeting
  • and financial accountability as well as with organizational changes
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
