Sales Management Specialist

I'm recruiting for a Sales Management Specialist with Telecoms experience in Zurich. Salary Depends on Experience. Would you be interested or know someone suitable.

• Organize and operate the account insight: Organize the development and review of account CPVP, and regularly operate the CPVP completeness and quality.
• Regularly track the implementation progress of the customer relationship plan. (Key customer management: standardization of the execution process of light-load and heavy-load customer contact activities; tracking customer issues, etc.) Assist in organizing monthly customer relationship analysis meetings.
• Operate and evaluate customer satisfaction and track the closure of voice of customers.
• Organize, support, implement, and track key business activities of accounts.

Professional Knowledge

• Knowledge: have a good command of basic telecom knowledge. Understand the sales and accounts business processes. Understand the basic knowledge of operation management. Basic knowledge of risk management and project management
• Skills: have certain data and information analysis skills and communication skills.
• Capabilities: Business analysis and understanding of process sales and accounts
• Experience: sales business related work experience or business operation experience
• Others: Skilful operation and use of digital tools
