Our client, a Switzerland based company, is currently looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer, to support their projects based in Warsaw - Poland

The Role

• Responsibility of our Client's operations as part of DevOps culture improving scalability, service reliability, observability, capacity and performance
• Design, build, deploy and administer highly available platform services in a Linux environment and continuously improve automated monitoring and alerting
• Stakeholder coordination as part of run the business and change the business operational topics and incident management
• Work in a flexible work schedule and family-friendly environment

Your Profile

• Strong DevOps mindset with capability of building tools for yourself and others to increase efficiency and to make hard or repetitive tasks easy and quick
• 7 years plus of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge about Software and System development life cycle
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, agile environment (SAFe organized train)
• Good experience in automation, configuration management, IaC, CI/CD, Git-Ops and monitoring & alerting
• Strong experience in programming in Java/Python and scripting languages (like Bash, Ksh or others)
• Experience in modern technologies like Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift) and Build Servers
• Hands-on expertise in Linux Operating System (RHEL), storage and network device installation and provisioning
• Very good verbal and written English (German is a plus)

• Database ( Oracle) > 7 years
• Docker 4 -6 years
• Java 1-3 years

• Splunk and Openshift are nice to have
