On behalf of our client, a well-known Consulting Company is one of the fastest growing business consultancy firms in Switzerland, we are looking for a Senior Manager with Financial Market Law experience, for their role based in Zurich - Switzerland.

The Role

  • You advise domestic and foreign banks, securities dealers, insurance companies and others Financial intermediaries in all questions of Swiss and Liechtenstein financial market law on current topics
  • You will check compliance with regulatory requirements for various customers (e.g. AMLA, compliance issues) and supports the auditors with complex regulatory issues.
  • You work in an interdisciplinary manner with our various areas of competence (incl. business and tax consultants) together
  • You lead and coach new project/team employees
  • You continuously develop your technical know-how and soft skills through on-and-off-the-job training
  • You are part of a diversified and motivated teams of experts and receive regular feedback from colleagues and superiors

Your Profile

  • You have a master's degree in law or another education, which prepares you for the application of financial market regulation
  • At least 5 years of professional experience with a focus on Consulting services at a specialized consulting or auditing company, a financial institution in an advisory capacity (banks, insurance companies and/or asset management) or regulator.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss supervisory law and compliance area and a flair for legal thinking and working.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills additional language is an advantage
  • You are enthusiastic and team-oriented and have an exact, solution-oriented and efficient working style
  • You actively pass on your expertise and experience by doing the training
  • Take on coaching or mentoring from others. You take one
  • Joint responsibility for the further development of the team
