We are looking for a French speaking Service Desk Engineer who can work from our office in Bucharest, Timisoara or remotely.


  • Knowledge on Radio Huawei technology, 2, 3,4G.
  • Knowledge on Huawei OMCs (M2000, U2000, U2020) – Verifying Alarms, Verifying site state, understanding it’s content.
  • Configuration management Activities on Huawei Radio Products, band integration, modification LLD, Site Pre integration, integration, RET/TMA Config, PIM Test, Neighboring definition, swap UBBPeX.
  • French Language Skills at least B1
  • Alarm Monitoring (AM) – monitoring or surveillance of the Customer network, initial alarm correlation, isolation of fault, filtering of incidents. Open Incident Ticket using predefined processes and work procedures.
  • Event Management (EM) – identify or locate equipment/Site; correlate event with planned work, contact planned work implementer & advice, check if expected event is produced by the planned work, correlate event with Incident Ticket, login in ITSM tool, create Incident Ticket in ITSM tool;
  • Problem Management service – Investigation & diagnosis, workaround analysis/solution, raise Change Requests for implementation,
  • Change Management (CM) Service – Review the MOPs for service impact
  • Asset and Configuration service - Audit A&C Database, receive and control A&C data, update A&C database, network asset and configuration management.
  • Business Continuity (BC) Service - participate and support Nokia in the process of creating systems of prevention and recovery to deal with potential threats to the Service, to enable ongoing operations before and during execution of any disaster recovery.
