We are looking for a Services Manager for our team in France

Job Requirements:

  • Gain Insight into customers’ strategies and services pain points in the industry, business, network, and operation, accurately understand customer services requirements, resolve customer problems, and develop customer services strategies.
  • Capable of managing small/middle level delivery projects, good project management skills with good internal cross function cooperation skills
  • Establish a communication mechanism for mid – and high-level customers, plan service topics related to summits, high-level visits, and develop and maintain key customer relationships (CTO, engineering director, and maintenance director). Expanding and maintaining universal customer relationships
  • Manage customer expectations and perceptions, obtain VOCs and manage issues, survey satisfaction, and top N improvements. Crisis management, such as critical customer complaints, critical network accidents, and critical management escalation
  • Understand and guide customer requirements and explore sales opportunities in product solutions, professional services and installed base operations
  • Build service partner systems and capabilities based on industry or NAs, and guide partner resource investment

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years working experience in ICT industry as PM or service manager
  • Technical background preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • French and English as working language
