I'm recruiting for a Site Exit Project Manager to close the Data Centre. The removal of equipment and the migration or closedown of systems. 24 months contract. Homebased (UK ONLY) Daily rate DOE.
The removal of equipment from Bermondsey Data Centre including the migration or closedown of systems, communication to customers of any service disruption or risk to service disruption and the coordination of dependencies on own deliverables and those of other projects to ensure the strict deadline is met.
Stakeholder management will be a key aspect of the delivery of this major project and excellent tracking and reporting of Progress to Key Stakeholders is also key.
Knowledge/experience:
- Project Management of complex deliveries with high profile customer service impacting changes involved .
- Conversant with MS Project, and clear risk, issue & dependency management. Budget management (forecasting), Stakeholder Management.
Behaviours:
- Good communication skills. Ability to work across different teams.
