What data do we process and what is their source?

We process your personal data for the analysis of your application in the context of the recruitment process in which you have decided to participate. Thus, your data will be processed in all the necessary stages to select the most suitable candidates for the vacancies within Connect44 and to establish a legal employment relationship.

Please note that the data we process or will process is obtained directly from you, from third parties in the case of recommendations or in the case of online recruitment platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing, Ejobs, Bestjobs, etc.) or from public sources, and might include the following categories of data:

  • Personal details, such as: name; first name; sex; date of birth / age; citizenship.
  • Contact details, such as: phone number; email address.
  • Professional details, such as: information about the previous employer; position held; studies; certifications; qualifications.
  • Professional skills, such as: communication skills, organizational and managerial skills, digital skills, etc.

You have no obligation to provide your personal data listed above, however, please note that, in their absence, Connect44 will not be able to consider you for the position you are applying for, as it is not possible to process your application.

Also, we would like to inform you that, as a candidate, you will not be subject to a decision based solely on the automatic processing of your data (including the creation of profiles) which will have legal effects on you or which will affect you in a significant way.

Legal basis for processing

We will process your data in order to be able to analyze your application in order to conclude an individual employment contract with you, at your request, as well as to carry out future recruitment processes in the event of new employment opportunities within Connect44.

Regarding our recruitment activity on social networks carried out in order to provide you with personalized content and to be able to contact you based on the information disclosed by you related to your professional experience, we inform you that the legal basis for this processing is the legitimate interest of Connect44.
