Key Responsibilities:
Install, integrate and maintain telecom network equipment (RAN, transmission, wireline, IP).
Perform daily field visits for service fulfilment, assurance, and preventive maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve network faults in collaboration with the NOC.
Replace hardware components and validate service restoration.
Maintain documentation and perform site audits.
Participate in the 24/7 on-call rotation.
Profile Requirements:
Completed apprenticeship in electrical, telecom or related field with Art. 14 certification.
Experience in telecom field service or installation (mobile or fixed networks).
Physically fit – no fear of heights (work on masts/towers).
Fluent in English and local language (German/French/Italian).
Valid driver’s license – daily travel required.
