In this role, you will manage end-to-end delivery of Networks, IP & Security and Lifecycle projects, ensuring successful implementation from concept through to live service while supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of strategic and business-critical projects within the Connectivity portfolio
Manage projects end-to-end – from concept and planning through to implementation and live service
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Support Lifecycle projects aligned with the CTO roadmap and strategic priorities
Ensure clear communication of project progress and status to senior stakeholders
Collaborate with teams across Strategy, Engineering, Partnerships, and Business units
Support PMO processes and mentor developing Project Managers where required
What We’re Looking For
Degree educated (or equivalent industry experience)
Proven experience in Project Management within technical or telecom environments
Ability to lead teams of technical and professional specialists
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate cost vs. benefit and project outcomes
Ability to understand technical environments and communicate project impacts across the delivery lifecycle
Experience preparing business cases, proposals, and scenario analysis
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
