“At Connect44, our Fixed NOC plays a central role in supporting Sunrise’s network stability and customer satisfaction,” Francis explains. “We’ve built a highly specialised, multilingual NOC team operating 24/7 from our Delivery Operations Centre. This setup allows us to monitor, manage and troubleshoot network events in real time - proactively addressing issues before they impact customers.”

The teams work closely with Sunrise engineers to resolve incidents quickly and implement preventive measures, aiming to reduce repair times and maximize network availability. “For Sunrise, that means improved uptime, faster incident resolution and consistent service quality,” Francis notes. “We integrate deeply with their operational processes, ensuring seamless communication and escalation paths.”

The collaboration has accelerated Connect44’s development of automation technologies and AI applications. Technical teams from both companies participate in joint projects focused on network automation and predictive analytics.
