When asked about his background and how it led him to his current role, Ivan shared, "I have been working as a recruiter at Connect44 for the last 2 years, after many years as an Event Coordinator. This diverse experience has equipped me with a unique set of skills that I now bring to my role in talent acquisition."

Curious about his daily routines and current projects, we inquired about what excites him in his work. Ivan explained, "Basically, I look for special candidates for specific tasks for our projects or for clients, which makes it very interesting. Each day is a unique challenge in matching the right talent with the right opportunity."

Reflecting on his professional growth, Ivan noted, "With time comes experience. I've learned to put myself in the position of the decision-maker to find the best candidates within our budget. This perspective has been invaluable in my growth and success."
